摘要
研究出一种新的自适用的烧结燃料配比优化模型。该模型主要包括:燃料与返矿的自适应模型、烧结状态模糊调节燃料配比模型以及两模型相结合的控制流程三个部分。该模型在新余钢等多家烧结厂应用后,取得了良好的效果,优化了燃料配比,稳定了烧结生产状况。
A new kind self-adaptive sintering fuel proportioning optimization model is developed. The model mainly includes the following three parts, self-adaptive model for fuels and return fines, model of fuzzy adjustment of fuel proportioning in sintering state and combination of the two models. After the model is applied in many sintering plants including Xinyusteel, good effect is obtained, the fuel proportioning is optimized, and sintering production is stabilized.
