摘要
采用新型粘结剂代替膨润土,用正交试验法进行预热和焙烧试验,得到最佳预热和焙烧工艺参数。在最佳工艺参数条件下,进行了扩大验证试验。结果表明:配加新型粘结剂B与配加膨润土比较,相同配比条件下,生球性能更好,成品球强度更高,低温还原膨胀指标更佳。新型粘结剂可以完全替代膨润土,达到提高球团矿强度和节能的效果。
New type of binder is used to replace bentonite,orthogonal experimental method is adopted for preheating and induration experiment, and optimum preheating and indurating process parameters are derived. Under optimal process parameters condition, verification expansion experiment is conducted. The result shows that, compared with addition of bentonite, with addition of new type of binder, under condition of the same proportion, the green pellet performance is better and product pellet strength is higher,and low temperature reduction swelling indexes are better. The new type of binder can fully replace bentonite to obtain the effect of improving pellet strength and saving energy.
