振幅整合脑电图和脑电波段功率对于家兔脑梗死的评估作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察振幅整合脑电图(amplitude-integrated electroencephalography,aEEG)及脑电波段功率(bandpower,BP)对于家兔脑梗死病情发展的评估作用,为临床评估脑梗死的发展趋势筛选一种客观的方法。方法在NicoletOne Monitor脑功能监护仪全程监护下,用线栓法复制家兔大脑中动脉栓塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAo)模型,3h后再灌注,在24h、48h进行神经行为学评分,48h取脑行2,3,5-氯化三苯四氮唑染色,计算脑梗死体积和水肿体积。结果造模后48h的脑梗死体积与aEEG带宽、上界、下界和绝对波段功率β的降幅呈正相关(r=0.692,P=0.010;r=0.691,P=0.010;r=0.730,P=0.010;r=0.524,P=0.037);造模后48h的脑水肿体积与aEEG带宽、上界和下界降幅呈正相关(r=0.744,P=0.002;r=0.762,P=0.002;r=0.691,P=0.006);24h、48h的神经行为学评分与各EEG指标均无相关性统计学意义。结论 aEEG对于脑梗死和水肿的体积有较大的敏感性,而脑电波段功率不敏感,aEEG下界降幅和带宽降幅分别对于脑梗死早期的梗死和水肿程度有一定评估预测作用。
