我国专利指标研究述评

Review on Patent Indicator Research in China

对我国二十几年来有关专利指标研究的文献进行分析,围绕专利指标的种类、专利质量指标、专利指标体系的构建、指标的实证研究等问题,总结我国专利指标研究的基本情况,指出存在的问题及研究方向。

This paper analyzes the articles on patent indicator in China since 1985.It summarizes the main contents of the research on patent indicator from the aspects such as the types of patent indicator,patent quality indicator,the construction of patent indicator system,and the empirical study etc.Finally,the paper points out the problems and the research direction of patent indicator.
