随着信息技术在企业的普遍应用,业务与信息技术之间的复杂关系引起了国内外学者的关注,业务与信息技术匹配的相关研究已经在国外广泛展开。对其概念、理论发展和相关实证研究作了详细的介绍,在此基础上,提出研究建议及展望,以期能够为我国企业信息化研究提供新的研究视角,并引导企业更好地应用信息技术。

With information technology adopted widely in business,many scholars study the complex relationship between information technology and business.As an important analytical tool,Business and IT alignment（BIA） have been widely utilized.BIA is useful to the improvement of performance of information technology application.The paper introduces in detail the basic concept,theoretical development and empirical research of BIA,and then makes a research proposal for China＇s enterprises.
