图书馆元数据拓展和关联著录方法研究

由于MARC元数据表达关联元数据和关联资源对象间的关系不足以及著录成本过高,图书馆当前馆藏目录不能很好地实现对图书资源更深层次、更全面的揭示与描述,无法胜任快捷、准确引导读者获取所需资源的职能。利用DC元数据的理念和原则,以及XML这种新一代的元数据编码标准,同时引导读者参与书评等关联资源的制作与元数据著录,使图书馆低成本和高效率实现元数据拓展和关联资源著录,以满足读者日益增长的信息查询需求。

As MARC does not sufficiently describes the relationship between the correlated metadata and resources,and for the high cost,the current library catalogue is not described deeply and comprehensively enough,and as a result it cannot accurately guide the readers.With the help of DC metadata principles and XML coding standard,as well as readers＇ participation in cataloguing,low-cost and high-efficiency correlated resources description are realized.And this also helps to meet readers＇ increasing needs to search information.
