National cultural soft power is increasingly becoming an important source of cohesion and creativity,and the important factor of comprehensive national strength competition.University is an important base of cultural heritage,innovation,and leading,and it plays an important role in enhancing the national cultural soft power.University library plays an important role in promoting the university cultural soft power because of its available resources and technical equipment and other advantages.University libraries should continue to strengthen self-construction,provide quality and efficient and diversified services,and actively participate in campus culture,so that to play an important role in building soft power.
