摘要
针对高速凸轮机构原有信号采集系统的缺陷,设计了基于USB2.0和DSP的高速信号采集系统,该系统的硬件电路包括模拟信号调理电路、光电码盘计数电路、信号处理电路和USB接口电路。信号处理模块选用32位浮点型DSPTMS320F28335作为核心器件对信号进行处理,通过使用SPI总线将处理后的数据传输到USB2.0接口模块。USB2.0接口模块的主要器件是FPGA和CY7C68013,FPGA将接收的数据转换为可被USB接口芯片CY7C68013传输的格式,传输到PC机进行显示、存储等。信号采集系统的软件部分包括上位机应用程序、USB通信程序和数字信号处理器程序,通过硬件电路和软件的有机结合实现凸轮机构高速信号的采集。
According to the limitation of old signal sampling system which was used in cam mechanism in teaching experiment,designed a high-speed signal sampling system based on USB2.0 and DSP.The hardware circuit of the system included signal acquisition circuit,counting circuit of photoelectric coded disk,signal processing circuit and USB interface circuit.Signal processing circuit used TMS320F28335 as the master chip to process signal.TMS320F28335 is a 32-bit floating-point DSP.Processed data was sent to USB interface circuit by using SPI-bus.USB interface circuit included FPGA and CY7C68013.The serial data was converted into a certain format by FPGA,the converted data was sent to personal computer by CY7C68013 to display and storage.The software of the system included PC application program,USB communication program and digital signal processor programming.By using the hardware circuit and software,the system can sample speed signal of a cam mechanism.
