摘要
在宽带频率范围内首度将预分频法、相检测频法和多周期同步法相结合,在2 Hz^6 GHz的范围内实现了较高精度的频率测量。频率计模块采用高、中、低3个输入通道,功能电路及控制电路在复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD内完成。该频率计模块基于PXI总线,采用虚拟仪器技术设计了仪器操作软面板。经过仿真和实验,验证了该测量方法的正确性。
The frequency pre-division method,the phase detection frequency measurement method and the multi-period synchronization method in the filed of broad band frequency were combined.A high detection precision was reached in the range of 2 Hz to 6 GHz.The frequency meter module has three input channels,high,middle and low channel.The function circuit and the control circuit were designed in the CPLD.The soft operation panel based on the popular PXI bus,which adopted the virtual instrument technology,was used in this frequency meter.The validity of the method is proved through simulation and experiment.
