摘要
针对传统沼泽甲烷气体检测方法中存在的过程繁琐、实时性差的问题,分析了基于近红外可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱的光学式检测方法。提出通过计算一次谐波信号的峰值与平均值对气体浓度测量的方案,并结合虚拟仪器技术加以实现。经实验测试表明:该系统性能稳定,能够实现在线实时检测,检测精度(体积分数)为0.02%。
Aimed at the problem of fussy process and bad instantaneity in traditional methane gas detection,this paper analyzed an optical method based on near infrared tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy.The method of calculating the peak and average value of first harmonic to measure the gas concentration was presented,in which the virtual instrument technology was combined.The simulation results show that the measurement system is stable;the real-time detection can be realized easily,and the detection accuracy is 0.02%VOL.
