摘要
电动汽车用磷酸铁锂动力电池必须串联才能满足使用需求。动力电池组在串联充放电过程中,为了使单节动力电池不过充、不过放,以延长动力电池组的循环使用寿命,必须对单节动力电池电压、温度等参数进行检测,并对单节电池的剩余容量进行估计。介绍了一种结构简单、成本低廉、可靠性好的动力电池电压检测方法,对电池电压检测中存在的误差进行了分析,并提出减小误差的改进方法。通过实验验证了改进后的电池电压检测的准确性和有效性,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) power battery must be connected in series to meet the demand of electric vehicle.In order to avoid some batteries overcharge and overdischarge,and extend the cycle life of batteries,the single battery voltage and other parameters must be detected,and state of charge must be estimated.A simple,low cost,and reliable voltage detection method was described in this paper,the battery voltage detection errors were analyzed,and the corresponding improved method to reduce the errors was proposed.The experimental results show the new battery voltage detection methods can improve the accuracy and validity,and achieve good results in practical applications.
