Analysis on the Circulation Cost of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Proof from Guangzhou Vegetable Supply Chain

农产品供应链流通成本对农产品零售价格的影响极为明显;农产品品种与供应链流通成本高低存在关联性;"最后一公里"现象是农产品零售价格居高不下的重要原因;农产品供应链流通成本的结构不均衡导致了相关参与主体承担的风险差异较大。从流通环节、流通效率、流通技术和公共产品等多个维度,提出促进新型供应链模式发展、创新批发零售管理模式、推进科技支撑体系建设、改革流通税费政策制度等降低农产品供应链流通成本的优化路径。

The circulation cost of agricultural product supply chain is directly related to the distribution of benefits between the interrelated participation of agricultural product supply chain.This paper analyzes the cost structure and crux in the circulation link from place of origin to wholesale and retail based on case study of vegetable market in Guangzhou.The conclusion of this study is that circulation cost of agricultural product supply chain has significant impact on retail price;variety is related to the circulation cost;＂last mile＂ phenomenon is the important reason of high retail prices,and the unbalanced structure of circulation cost leads to risk difference between the interrelated participation.From the point of view of circulation link,circulation efficiency,circulation technology and public goods,this paper proposes several optimal paths to reduce circulation cost consisted of promoting new mode of supply chain,innovating management of wholesale and retail,advancing technology support system and reforming circulation taxes institution.
