摘要
采用数值仿真与试验研究相结合的方法。为了进一步提高EFP战斗部侵彻钢靶目标的深度,设计了由铝-铜和铝-铁组成的两种典型双层EFP战斗部装药结构,并利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对这两种不同材料制成的复合型爆炸成型弹丸药型罩进行了数值模拟,然后配以相应的炸药装药进行试验研究,并对两种研究结果进行了简要的分析。结果证明,在双层EFP战斗部中,铝-铜双层罩侵彻效果要优于同等条件下的铝-铁双层罩,且数值模拟与试验研究所得结论基本吻合。
In this paper, numerical simulation and experimental study of the method of combining. In order to further improve the EFP Warhead penetrate target for the depth of penetrating steel. Two different composite materials made of explosively formed projectile liners have been performed using finite element software LS-DYNA, then accompanied by the appropriate test of explosive charge. Essential analysis and conclusion has been drawn out. It can be concluded from the results that aluminum-copper multi-liner is better than the cover under the same conditions of aluminum-iron double-layer in the double EFP warhead. And the numerical simulation and experimental studies are consistent conclusions.
