摘要 研制一种用于控制高速绞车的大通径滑阀式换向阀.利用ANSYS对换向阀在压力-热共同作用下进行耦合分析,获得温度分布及热变形结果,分析阀体、阀芯变形对配合间隙的影响,确定滑阀最佳初始配合间隙为31μm.试验表明,在此配合间隙时滑阀换向动作灵敏、泄漏量小,满足系统设计要求. In this paper, a kind of large-diameter spool valve used for the control of high-speed winch was developed. The temperature fields and the transfigurations of the valve body and core were calculated through thermal-structure coupling analysis with ANSYS. Influence of transfigurations to the fitting clearance of the valve was analyzed, by which the optimum clearance was finalized to be 31μm. Tests showed that at this fitting clearance the valve is sensitive and less leakage, which meet the requirements of the,system.
