Common Prosperity and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

共同富裕是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持的理想信念,是建设中国特色社会主义的必由之路。先富的人要带动整个社会的人走向共同富裕,反映了中国特色社会主义政治制度的目标。中国特色社会主义基本经济制度所要求的共同富裕中的"鼓励一部分人先富起来"的观点,并不意味着这部分人可以用自己的先富,抑制其他人和整个社会走向共同富裕,而是要求先富的人要有利于和带动他人和社会逐步走向共同富裕。共同富裕是最广大劳动人民享受民主权利的保障,巩固了中国特色社会主义民主制度的根基。

Common prosperity is the ideal and belief which must adhere to for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and is the road one must follow for constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics.The people who getting rich earlier have to bring along the people of entire society getting rich reflects the target of the political institution of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The point of view of encouraging some people getting rich first which the basic economic institution of socialism with Chinese characteristics common prosperity required does not mean that these people can use their own getting rich to suppress other people and society to getting rich,but they are required to benefit and help others and society gradually getting rich either.Common prosperity is the safeguard of the democratic rights of the overwhelming majority of working people and consolidates the foundation of democratic institution of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
