学术界对社会建设的含义、核心、主体、原则、目标等有关问题进行了深入研究,形成了各种不同观点。但是,随着国家对社会建设日益推进,如何衡量实际中社会建设的成效成为一个重要的议题,这也是社会建设成败的关键。采用专家咨询法试图提出一个可行的、科学的指标体系,对社会建设概念进行操作化,用以衡量实践中社会建设成效的大小。

The academic circles have studied the meaning of the social construction,core,main body,principles,objectives and other relevant issues,and form a variety of different perspectives.However,with the development of the social construction,how to measure the effectiveness of the social construction in reality has become an important issue,which is the key of the success of social construction.This paper tries to make a viable,scientific index system in Delphi method,and operates the concept of social construction,in order to measure the effectiveness of the social construction.
