双波长系数倍率分光光度法测定痤疮洗剂中2组分的含量

Content Determination of 2 Components in Acne Lotion by Dual-wavelength Signal Multiplier Spectrophotometry Method

目的:建立痤疮洗剂中甲硝唑与己烯雌酚含量测定的方法。方法:采用双波长系数倍率分光光度法。选取甲硝唑和己烯雌酚的测定波长分别为319、239nm,转换波长定为319nm。结果:甲硝唑和己烯雌酚的检测浓度线性范围分别为5～75、1～20μg.mL-(1r=0.9999、0.9998);回收率分别为98.8%(RSD=0.40%,n=6)、99.0%(RSD=0.64%,n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the determination method of metronidazole and diethylstilbestrol in Acne lotion. METHODS： Dual-wavelength signal multiplier spectrophotometry method was adopted. The detection wavelength were set at 319 nm for metronidazole and 239 nm for diethylstilbestrol. The conversion wavelength was 319 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of metronidazole was 5-75 ug.mL-1 （r=0.999 9） and that of diethylstilbestrol was 1--20 ug.mL-1（r=0.999 8）. The recovery rate was 98.8% （RSD=0.40%,n=6） and 99.0% （RSD=0.64%,n=6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple and suitable for the quality control of Acne lotion.
