双波长系数倍率分光光度法测定痤疮洗剂中2组分的含量 被引量:2

Content Determination of 2 Components in Acne Lotion by Dual-wavelength Signal Multiplier Spectrophotometry Method

摘要 目的:建立痤疮洗剂中甲硝唑与己烯雌酚含量测定的方法。方法:采用双波长系数倍率分光光度法。选取甲硝唑和己烯雌酚的测定波长分别为319、239nm,转换波长定为319nm。结果:甲硝唑和己烯雌酚的检测浓度线性范围分别为5~75、1~20μg.mL-(1r=0.9999、0.9998);回收率分别为98.8%(RSD=0.40%,n=6)、99.0%(RSD=0.64%,n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE: To establish the determination method of metronidazole and diethylstilbestrol in Acne lotion. METHODS: Dual-wavelength signal multiplier spectrophotometry method was adopted. The detection wavelength were set at 319 nm for metronidazole and 239 nm for diethylstilbestrol. The conversion wavelength was 319 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of metronidazole was 5-75 ug.mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and that of diethylstilbestrol was 1--20 ug.mL-1(r=0.999 8). The recovery rate was 98.8% (RSD=0.40%,n=6) and 99.0% (RSD=0.64%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and suitable for the quality control of Acne lotion.
