Content Determination of Silver in Nanometer Silver Gel by Inductively Coupled Plasma-atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立纳米银凝胶中银的含量测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法。以浓硝酸为溶剂溶解样品,分析谱线选择328.068nm,射频发生功率为1100W,雾化器压力为214kPa,曝光积分时间为5s。结果:银离子检测浓度线性范围为0~10.0μg.mL-(1r=0.9997),检出限为0.003μg.mL-1,平均回收率为95.29%,RSD为0.6%。结论:所建立的方法准确、快速、简便,适用于测定纳米银凝胶中银的含量。 OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the content determination of silver in Nanometer silver gel. METHODS : After the sample was dissolved by nitric acid, the content of nanometer silver was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with detection wavelength of 328.068 nm, RF power of 1 100 W, nebulizer pressure of 214 kPa and exposure integration time of 5 s. RESULTS: The linear range of silver ion was 0-- 10.0 ug.mL-1 (r=0.999 7), and the detection limit was 0.003 ug.mL-1 with an ayerage recovery of 95.29% (RSD:0.6%). CONCLUSION: The developed method is accurate, rapid, simple and suitable for the content determine of silver in Nanometer silver gel.
