摘要
2010年8~10月,于茂名市电白冠利达科技生物养殖有限公司养殖场选择3个凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘,进行虾池设置网箱养殖罗非鱼试验。每个池塘安装5个网箱,网箱中罗非鱼的密度分别为12.5、25、37.5、50、62.5尾/m2,鱼的规格为(68±3)g/尾,密度为12.5尾/m2的网箱不投喂饲料,其余网箱投喂罗非鱼饲料。结果表明,不同密度网箱罗非鱼增重率和特定生长率均无显著性差异,投喂饲料网箱罗非鱼的饲料系数和肥满度也没有显著性差异,密度为62.5尾/m2网箱罗非鱼规格偏小,存活率显著偏低,其他网箱罗非鱼的存活率没有显著性差异,50尾/m2网箱罗非鱼规格较大,产量与62.5尾/m2网箱接近并显著高于其他网箱。说明在对虾池塘设置网箱养殖罗非鱼能收到良好的经济效益和生态效益,网箱中罗非鱼放养密度以50尾/m2为宜。
The experiment on polyculture of pacific white shrimp(Penaeus vannamei) with tilapia was conducted in 3 shrimp ponds in AQUACULTURE CO.,LTD of Maoming city from August to October in 2010.There were 5 net cages with different density of tilapia in shrimp pond.The density of tilapia in the net cage was 12.5,25,37.5,50,and 62.5 individuals/m2,respectively.The weight of tilapia was(68±3) g/individual.The net cage of 12.5 individuals/m2 was not fed,while other net cages were fed.The result showed that tilapias' weight gain and specific growth rate is not significantly different among different density net cages.Also,tilapias'food conversion ratio and condition factor is not significantly different among the feeding net cages.Tilapias' survival ratio and weight in the net cage of 62.5 individuals/m2 were significantly lower than those in other net cages.Therefore,it was obvious that polyculture of pacific white shrimp with tilapia in the net cage in ponds could make a well economic and ecological benefit.The advisable tilapias' density in net cage was 50 individuals/m2.
