摘要 红花荷(Rhodoleia championi Hook.f.)是优良野生乔木观赏花卉。选用8种基质处理进行盆栽试验,比较不同基质对红花荷生长的影响,从而筛选出适合红花荷生长的盆栽基质。结果表明,不同基质处理对株高、地径和生物量等的影响差异显著;不同基质处理对红花荷的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度有一定的影响。相关性分析表明,红花荷适合在土壤容重小、总孔隙度大、pH呈极强酸性、交换性钾含量较低的土壤基质中生长。结合基质配置"适用、轻质、清洁、易配和廉价"原则,经综合评定,最优基质为处理M5(50%坭炭土+50%珍珠岩)和M6(50%坭炭土+50%蛭石)。 Rhodoleia championi Hook.f.is a high-quality wild ornamental tree.To select an optimum culture substrate,8 kinds of substrates were used for pot experiment to compare the effects of different media on the growth of R.championi.It was indicated that different media had dramatically different influences on the plant height,basal diameter and biomass,and exerted certain effects on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration.Correlation analysis suggesed that the R.championi was adapted to the soil environment with low bulk density,large total porosity,extremely low pH value,and low content of potassium.Based on the rules of appliance,low-weight,cleanliness,easy-operation and low-price",M5(50% peat+50% perlite) and M6(50% peat soil+50% vermiculite) were screened out.
