摘要
研制了一种环境友好型农药制剂10亿PIB/mL甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂。通过选择润湿分散剂、黏度调节剂、防腐剂、抗冻剂和消泡剂等助剂,确定了最优配方为:SeNPV 10亿PIB/mL、农乳500#3%、NNO 2%、白炭黑1.5%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸铝镁1%、苯甲酸钠0.3%、乙二醇3%、有机硅消泡剂0.2%、余量水。结果表明:采用以上配方经湿法研磨3 h后,产品悬浮率达90%以上,冷热贮等各项指标合格,产品质量稳定。药效试验表明:在同等使用剂量下,对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防效优于可湿性粉剂。
To develop a kind of environment friendly pesticide formulations-Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus 1.0×109 PIB/mL SC.The formula was achieved by selecting surfactants,thickeners,preservatives,antifreeze,defoamer and so on.Its optimal composition was as follows: SpltNPV(1.0×109 PIB/mL),agricultural emulsifier 500#(3%),NNO(2%),silica hydrated(1.5%),xanthan gum(0.2%),magnesium alumino silicate(1%),sodium benzoate(0.3%),ethylene glycol(3%),silicone antifoaming agent(0.2%) and water.Experimental results of using the formula above showed that the product suspension rate was over 90%,and all the indexes including a stability were qualified by wet grinding for 3 h.Meanwhile,in the same dosage condition,the experiment in field showed that it had a better effect in controlling Spodoptera exiguat on cabbage than wettable powder product.
