摘要
在掌握淮北矿业桃园煤矿新副井所揭各突出煤层瓦斯参数的基础上,依据深井突出煤层竖井揭煤的特点,提出了竖井压冲扫孔安全揭穿突出煤层技术,针对煤层突出危险性大,透气性差,而竖井内下向排放钻孔内容易积水瓦斯不易释放的特点,实施了探测、固化、压冲扫孔的安全揭煤技术。实践表明,应用以上技术新副井成功揭穿了72、82等突出煤层,解决了竖井施工的技术难题,为国内外深井突出煤层竖井安全揭煤提供了技术参考。
Based on mastering the gas parameters of each gas outburst seam opening in the new mine auxiliary shaft of Taoyuan Mine,Huaibei Coal Mining,according to the outburst seam opening features in the deep mine shaft,the technology to safe open and pass through outburst seam with pressure flushing boreholes in the mine shaft was provided.According to the high outburst danger and poor permeability of the seam and the gas not easy emission features due to the water in the downward borehole of the mine shaft,a safety seam opening technology with detection,consolidation and pressure flushing borehole was conducted.The practices showed that the new auxiliary mine shaft had a successful opening and passing through No.72 and No.82 outburst seams and had solved the technical difficulties of the mine shaft construction,which could provide the technical references for the mine shaft at home and abroad to safely open outburst seam.
