摘要
采用相加指数法和半致死剂量指数法,评价3种酚酸类和1种不饱和脂肪酸类化感物质对铜绿微囊藻的联合作用效果.结果表明,单独作用时,邻苯二酚、联苯三酚、没食子酸和亚油酸的72 h EC50分别为2.100、11.101、18.468和3.670 m.gL-1;通过等效浓度(1∶1)两两混合后,综合两种评价方法的结果,邻苯二酚和联苯三酚、邻苯二酚和亚油酸表现为协同效应,其余二元混合物的联合作用表现为相加效应.
Additive Index(AI) method and the semi-lethal dose index(SLDI) method were used to estimate the combined effects of allelochemicals(three phenolic acids and one unsaturated fatty acid) on Microcystis aeruginosa(M.aeruginosa).When allelochemicals were applied alone,the 72 h EC50 of catechol,pyrogallic acid,gallic acid and linoleic acid were 2.100,11.101,18.468 and 3.670 mg·L^-1,respectively.According to the results of AI and SLDI,when allelochemicals mixed at equipotent concentrations,synergistic effect was found in the mixtures of catechol and pyrogallic acid,catechol and linoleic acid.And additive effect was found in other binary combinations.This research provided the foundation for further understanding the mode of allelopathic action between hydrophytes and algae.
