摘要
目的探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)水平与各种类型脑肿瘤的关系。方法采用化学发光方法检测193例脑肿瘤患者及25例正常对照者的血清IGF-1水平并进行比较,其中颅咽管瘤43例,非侵袭性垂体瘤41例,胶质瘤36例,脑膜瘤33例,侵袭型垂体瘤22例,肺癌脑转移18例。结果非侵袭性垂体瘤组患者的血清IGF-Ⅰ水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而颅咽管瘤组、脑膜瘤组患者的血清IGF-Ⅰ水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);侵袭性垂体瘤组、胶质瘤组与对照组比较,血清IGF-Ⅰ水平间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中IGF-1水平在不同种类的脑肿瘤中存在明显差异,可为临床诊断提供可靠的辅助诊断依据。
Objective To discuss the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)levels and different kinds of brain tumors.Methods Chemistry irradiance method was applied to examine the serum IGF-Ⅰ levels of 193 brain tumor patients and 25 normal controls.The 193 cases were comprised of 43 carniopharyngioma cases,41 non-invasive pituitary adenoma cases,36 glioma cases,33 meningioma cases,22 invasive pituitary adenoma cases,and 18 cases of lung cancer with brain metastasis.Results Levels of serum IGF-Ⅰwere distinctly higher among non-invasive pituitary adenoma patients than in normal controls with significant differences(P〈0.05);serum IGF-Ⅰlevels were not statistically different among carniopharyngioma patients,meningioma patients,and normal controls(P〈0.05);serum IGF-Ⅰlevels were significantly different among invasive pituitary adenoma patients,glioma patients,and normal controls(P〈0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum IGF-Ⅰare distinctly different among brain tumors of different types and thus can help with clinical diagnosis.
