人微小病毒B19、柯萨奇病毒、水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染对妊娠结局影响 被引量:10

摘要 妊娠期人微小病毒B19感染与自然流产、死胎、胎儿水肿、新生儿疾病等有关。妊娠期柯萨奇病毒感染影响母体心功能,引起各种心律失常,甚至引起严重病毒性心肌炎而发生心功能衰竭,妊娠期病毒感染并未增加围生儿的发病率和死亡率,围生儿结局良好。妊娠期水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染会增加孕妇及新生儿的并发症发生,甚至导致死亡,早孕期感染可能导致先天畸形的发生。应当重视筛查。 Virus will bring adverse pregnancy outcomes. Human parvovirus B19 infection during pregnancy and spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, fetal edema, neonatal diseases and other relevant. Coxsackic virus infection in the mother during pregnancy affect cardiac function, the emergence of various arrhythmia, viral myocarditis or severe heart failure occurred. Perinatal mortality and morbidity have not increased in the infection groups. VZ infection during pregnancy increases the occurrence of maternal and neonatal complications and even death. Trimester infection may lead to the occurrence of congenital malformations. We should pay attention to screening.
