梅毒对母儿的影响及围生期管理

摘要 梅毒是由苍白螺旋体引起的一种慢性传染病，临床表现复杂，几乎可侵犯全身各器官，造成多器官损害。我国妊娠合并梅毒的发生率为0．2％～0．5％。在全球每年有超过200万孕妇梅毒血清学检测为阳性，占全部孕妇的1．5％。苍白螺旋体可以通过胎盘感染胎儿，
