肠重复囊肿临床诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Intestinal Duplication Cysts

目的探讨肠重复囊肿的临床诊断和治疗。方法采用文献检索收集1998—2010年报道的包括成都军区总医院1例在内资料齐全的肠重复囊肿患者23例,总结其临床资料,对其临床特点、影像学资料、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者中多数不能在术前得到确诊,部分患者术后恢复良好,仍有部分患者由于术中未完全切除,术后复发。结论肠重复囊肿是一种预后较好的罕见的消化道良性肿瘤,术前难以与其他囊性占位区别,应提高对其认识和诊疗水平。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal duplication cyst. Methods Literature was retrieved from 1998 to 2010, and 23 cases including one from our department were collected with the clinical features, ima- ging data, treatment and prognosis summarized and retrospectively analyzed. Results Definite diagnosis was not acheived in all the 23 cases preoperatively. Some of these patients recovered after surgery, while relapse was observed in some others due to im- complete excision. Conclusion Intestinal duplication cyst is a rare benign gastrointestinal tumor. It is difficult to distinguish it from other cystic masses before surgery.
