摘要
(西农1376×WT212)×花育888复交得到的F1,对F1花药组织培养获得DH群体,遗传分析表明,此DH群体的株高、旗叶长、旗叶宽、主穗长、单株穗数、主穗小穗数、主穗粒数、百粒质量的遗传力分别为93%、78%、18%、81%、38%、64%、29%和74%;控制各性状的最少基因对数分别约为3、4、13、4、8、5、9和4对。控制株高、主穗长、主穗粒数的基因间没有互作,控制旗叶宽和主穗小穗数的基因间存在互作,控制旗叶长、单株穗数和百粒质量的基因间可能存在互作。
The genetic analyses on plant height,length of flag leaves,width of flag leaves,length per spike,spikes per plant,grains per spike were conducted in double haploid(DH) population derived from F1 of cross between wheat cultivars(Xinong1376×WT212) ×Huayu888 by anther culture.The heritability of plant height,length of flag leaves,width of flag leaves,length per spike,spikes per plant,spikelets per spike,grains per spike and biomasses per 100 grains were 93%,78%,18%,81%,38%,64%,29% and 74%,respectively.The least genes controlling the characteristics were 3,4,13,4,8,5,9 and 4,respectively.Based upon estimated coefficients of skewness(g1) and,kurtosis(g2) of those traits,it would be concluded that gene interaction was absent for plant height,length per spike,and grains per spike,complementary gene interaction was found between width of flag leaves and spikelets per spike.However,maybe complementary gene interaction was found among length of flag leaves,spikes per plant and biomasses per 100 grains.
