高校职业咨询对于大学生的职业选择和职业发展有着不可或缺的指导与服务作用。在对广东部分高校大学生职业咨询情况调查中,发现职业咨询在内容、形式、队伍建设三方面的现实状况与大学生的实际需求有一定的差距。其对策为完善多元化的高校职业咨询内容、构建立体化的高校职业咨询形式、打造专业化的高校职业咨询队伍。

Career counseling plays an indispensable role in guiding and service functions for university students＇ career choice and career development. But it finds that there is a gap between the university students＇ practical need and the reality of career counseling concerning content, form, and team building by the survey conducted among some of the college students in Guangdong universities. The countermeasures should be building a sound and diverse university career counseling content, three-dimensional form and professional team.
