建立城乡社区疾病规范化诊疗智能决策知识系统的构想及探讨

Establishment of Standardized Intelligent Decision Knowledge System for Urban and Rural Community Disease Diagnosis

提高城乡社区医疗服务水平是国家亟待解决的国计民生问题,面向普通大众化的社会保障服务体系建设是国家未来发展的长期规划之一。本研究通过对城乡社区卫生工作社会大环境的需求分析,提出了构建面向城乡社区常见病和多发病诊疗的智能决策知识系统构想,对基层医疗服务建设提供新技术的支持、面向医疗人员提供先进的医学知识和医学专家的在线指导,为我国城乡社区卫生服务提供新的研究与建设思路。

To improve the level of rural and urban community medical services is an event of people′s livelihood urgent to be solved in China.And the construction of social insurance service system for common people is a national long-term planning of future development.In this study,based on the analysis of urban and rural community health needs of the social environment,we propose an idea of constructing intelligent decision acknowledge system for treatment of common and frequently-encountered diseases in urban and rural communities,which provides new technology support to primary care services,advanced medical knowledge and online guidance by medical experts,and thus gives a new approach for the research and construction of urban and rural community health services in China.
