北京市社区医务人员慢病管理能力现状及培训需求的调查分析

Status of Management Ability of Community Medical Staff in Beijing on Chronic Diseases and Their Demands for Training

目的了解北京市社区医务人员的培训现状和培训需求,探索适宜高效的社区卫生培训模式。方法采用偶遇抽样方法,对1 019名社区医务人员进行问卷调查。结果四种常见慢病中冠心病知识知晓率最低为28.36%,其中高血压危险因素、糖尿病社区管理、脑卒中康复和冠心病治疗知识的知晓率较低,分别为1.18%、40.21%、62.40%和4.71%。社区护士和社区防保医师的知晓率分别为53.28%和51.67%。结论针对不同人员和不同疾病开展以技能培训为主的短期中等规模专题培训较为适宜。

Objective To know the present training state and training needs of community medical staff in Beijing and to explore a set of suitable and efficient training model.Methods The accidental sampling was used in conducting a questionnaire survey among 1 019 community medical staff.Results In the four common chronic diseases,the awareness rate of knowledge of coronary heart disease was lowest,being 28.36%.The awareness rates of the knowledge on risk factors of hypertension,community management of diabetes mellitus,stroke rehabilitation and treatment of coronary heart disease were respectively 1.18%,40.21%,62.40%,4.71%.The awareness rates of community nurses and preventive doctors were 53.28% and 51.67% respectively.Conclusion A short-term and medium-scaled training on special topics,which mainly aims at skills and technique,should be conducted according to different medical staff and different diseases.
