胸科患者合并心律失常的术前护理

Preoperative nursing for the patients with arrhythmia in thoracic surgery department

目的探讨食管贲门癌合并心律失常手术前的护理方法。方法对2007年1月—2009年12月我院收治的289例食管贲门癌患者中合并心律失常39例的临床资料和护理方法进行总结。结果患者术前治疗时间4 d￣8 d,平均5.5 d,住院时间18 d￣32 d,平均24 d;术后7例出现心律失常,心律失常发生率为17.9%.结论加强手术前的治疗和护理,可以减少术后心律失常的发生率。

Objective Study the Esophagus and cardia the carcinoma to merge the rhythm of thing what heart disorder to round a nursing method.Methods Right 2007 January to 2009 Esophagus and cardia that stay in the hospital December the carcinoma get 289 examples inside mergeses rhythm of the heart disorder 39 examples＇s clinical datas proceeds with nursing methods to tally up.Results Get ex-treatment time of surgical operation 4 d^8 d,average 5.5 d.Hospitalization time 18 d~ 32 d,average 24 d.After operation 7 example emergence heart the rate disorder,and rate is take placed for 17.9%.Conclusion Enhance the preoperative treatment with the nursing,can reduce after operation heart rate occurrence rate that disorder.
