摘要
随着我国经济的发展,对企业的财务管理提出了更高的要求,如何实现财务管理由核算型、经营型到策略型财务的转型,充分发挥财务管理对企业持续健康发展的支撑作用,从而实现企业价值的最大化。文章从财务全面参与企业营销活动、经营资源、创新商务运作方式、增加企业规模效应等方面做了全新的诠释。以求实现新形势下对财务管理进行科学定位和全面提升。
With the development of economic growth, higher requirement will be put forward for the financial management. How to realize the change from business and enterprising accounting to strategy accounting and how to make the company sustainable development. Thus, maximize the enterprise values.
