Out Xiangya, Organize Xiangya Xiangya Hospital Affiliated to Zhongnan University walks out of its safety zone in 2011. First, it has accepted the trusteeship of Taihe Hospital in ＂ Changsha which is built by social investment; second, it has also accepted the trusteeship of Xiangxa Hospital in Changde; and third, it has invested in Xiangya International Hospital. Facing the new trend of public hospital reform and the coming severe competition following the policy that Chinese government decided to open the healthcare market, Xiangya Hospital has made its own move to search for a new model.
