摘要
TUD模型应用于内蒙古呼和浩特市某污水处理厂运行实践模拟预测。首先利用TUD模型及其缺省参数进行初步模拟试预测,发现模拟预测出水COD、PO34-、SS与实际检测数据基本吻合,但对氮的预测略有偏差。采用标准参数校正方法,对模型中氮的个别组分参数(iNSF、iNXS)和硝化细菌半饱和动力学参数(KNH4)进行修正,即,iNSF=6%,iNXS=6%,KNH4=1.5 g/m3。参数修正后的工艺模型验证显示,模拟预测是十分有效的。表明TUD模型及其参数校正方法对内蒙古地区污水处理厂运行实践是完全适用的。
The TUD model was applied for simulating the working conditions of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in Inner Mongolia.With default modeling parameters,the predicted COD,PO3-4 and SS concentrations were consistent with the measured data.However,N concentrations were on the other way around.With standard parameter calibration,some N components(iNSF and iNXS)and affinity constants of nitrifiers(KNH4) were calibrated with minor adjustments.With the calibrated parameters,iNSF = 6%,iNXS = 6%,KNH4=1.5 g/m^3,the predicted N concentrations were in agreement with the measured data.After validation with 2 different sets of operational data,simulations indicate good predictions.In conclusion,the TUD model and the calibrated parameters are feasible to be promoted in simulating Inner Mongolia's WWTPs.
