电袋复合除尘技术在燃煤电厂中的应用 被引量:12

APPLICATION OF ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR AND FABRIC FILTER PRECIPITATION TECHNOLOGY IN COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT

摘要 电袋复合式除尘技术综合了电除尘和布袋除尘的收尘优点,通过除尘负荷的合理分配,实现了电除尘和布袋除尘的有机结合;采用基于表面过滤原理的新型滤料,可克服常规滤料清灰后除尘效率降低及滤袋易破损等缺点。电袋复合式除尘器在徐州坝山环保热电有限公司的应用实践表明,电袋复合式除尘器可保持高效稳定除尘同时节能,粉尘排放浓度达到了30 mg/m3以下,满足国家新的电力行业烟尘排放要求GB 13223—2003《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》。 Electrical and baghouse composite precipitation technology colligated the dust-collecting merits of ESP and bag filter,thus realizing the combination of ESP and bag filter through the reasonable distribution of dust load.Based on the principle of surface filter,a new filter media is selected,which can overcome the inherent shortcomings of low removal efficiency after cleaning the conventional media filter.The application of electric-bag filter in Bashan Environmental Protection Thermoelectricity Company Limited of Xuzhou is introuduced,the results show that electric-bag filter can keep efficient and stable dedusting and energy-saving with dust emission concentration lower than 30 mg/m^3,and meet the power industry dust emission requirements of the national new standard:"Fossil-fuel Power Plant Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standard"(GB 13223—2003).
