聚丙烯平片腹膜前修补法在成人脐疝手术治疗中的应用

目的探讨聚丙烯平片腹膜前修补法在成人脐疝外科治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2007年9月至2010年9月期间,在广西中医学院附属瑞康医院外科采用聚丙烯平片进行腹膜前修补的34例成人脐疝患者的临床资料,观察手术时间、平均住院日、术后并发症及复发率。结果 34例患者全部痊愈出院。平均手术时间52min,平均住院日7d(术后平均住院日4.6d),术后并发症包括伤口感染1例,皮下积液2例,随访2～36个月未见复发病例,无术后异物感和慢性疼痛发生。结论采用聚丙烯平片进行腹膜前修补治疗成人脐疝是一种理想的手术方式,具有安全、经济、术后恢复快、并发症少和复发率低等优点。

Objetive To investigate the clinical value of preperitoneal tension -free hernia repair for umbilical hernias in adult with polypropylene mesh. Methods During the period from September 2007 to September 2010, 34 cases of adult patients with umbilical hernia were treated by preperitoneal tension - free hernia repair with polypropylene mesh, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the operation time, average hospital stay, postoperative complications and recurrence rate were evaluated. Results All cases were cured. The average operation time was 52 minutes. The average stay in hospital was 7 days （4.6 days after operation）. The postoperative complications included： wound infection （1 case） , hypodermal seroma （2 cases）. No recurrence, foreign body sensation or chronic pain was observed during 2 to 36 months follow - up. Conclusions Preperitoneal tension - free hernia repair with polypropylene mesh is a sate,, affordable, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate operation for umbilical hernia in adults.
