急诊嵌顿疝致脓毒性休克患儿的护理 被引量：1

摘要 肠套叠或嵌顿疝使肠管受挤压引起局部肠黏膜缺血损害，复位好发再灌注损伤。肠黏膜缺血再灌注损伤是诱发休克的重要因素。加上肠道内细菌增殖产生肠内毒素经局部损伤肠黏膜大量吸收，引起肠源性内毒素血症。休克状态和腹内高压进一步损害肠黏膜血供，形成恶性循环。
