摘要
为了提高1 341.4 nm基频激光的三倍频转换效率,采用计算机编程,从相位匹配条件出发,对两种常用双轴晶体KTP和LBO在三倍频时的相位匹配特性进行了理论分析及数值模拟,得出了相位匹配曲线及有效非线性系数的空间分布,并比较了两种晶体的匹配参量。
In order to raise conversion efficiency of third harmonic generation(THG) for 1 341.4 nm fundamental light,phase matching characteristics for THG in double-axis crystals KTP and LBO were simulated by computer programming based on phase matching condition.The curve spatial distribution of phase matching and effective nonlinear coefficients was calculated,and phase matching parameters of these two crystals were compared.
