关于大学生职业生涯规划的思考

随着中国高等教育模式由精英教育向大众教育转变,大学毕业生就业难成为社会关注的热点和解决的难点。结合中国大学生教育的特点,提出大学生职业生涯规划要以学生为主体,以辅导员和班主任为辅助,在规划实施中注意连续性和多样性的观点。

With the changing of higher education mode from elite mode to masses mode,the difficulty of employment of college student becomes social hot topic,It is emphasized that the career planning should be done by the students themselves with the aid of counselors and should be done continuously with diversified forms.
