摘要
利用金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、硬度计、冲击试验机等仪器研究分析了两种热处理工艺对材料内部组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用水淬油冷这种双液淬火的冷却方式,能够使材料内部形成较均匀的回火索氏体组织,获得良好的综合力学性能,材料伸长率能够达到16%,-40℃的低温冲击功达到74 J。
The effect of two different heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical property of materials was researched by microscope, tensile testing machine, hardness tester and impact testing machine. The results showed that evenly tempered sorbite was formed in material interior by water-oil quenching cooling style, and good mechanical properties were obtained. The elongation was 16%, and -40℃ low-temperature impact energy reached 74 J.
