摘要
气门在发动机中处于高温、腐蚀性的介质中,本身受到机械冲击、摩擦等作用,要求气门具有高的抗腐蚀性、耐冲击性、耐磨性等性能。通过测温方法可以确定发动机最高工作温度和气门的硬度最低位置,从而确定它的材质和制订最合理的热处理工艺参数,来满足它的服役条件。
Valve of engine is subjected to mechanical shock and friction and so on in high temperature, corrosive medium, so required high corrosion resistance, excellent impact resistance, wear resistance etc. We can determine the maximum operating temperature of engine and hardness lowest position of valve through temperature measurement method, thus determine its material and the most reasonable heat treatment process parameters to meet its service condition.
