摘要
设计试验方案,制备金相试样,将试样进行热处理,用金相显微镜观察记录显微组织,并选定洛氏硬度作为硬度测试参数,对热处理前后的金相组织进行观察、硬度的测定。
The test plot is designed and the metallographic samples is prepared, then the samples are heat- treated and the microstructure is observed and recorded by metallographic microscopy. Rockwell hardness is choosed as the parameter of hardness measurement. The microstructure is observed and the hardness is measured before and after heat treatment.
