住院精神病患者病耻感水平的影响因素分析

Study on Stigma and Related Factors of Psychosis Patients.

目的探讨住院精神病患者病耻感水平对患者的影响。方法采用贬低-歧视感知量表、自知力与治疗态度量表、精神病人生存质量量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表对212例住院精神病患者进行问卷调查,并按有无病耻感将患者分为两组,对上述量表得分进行比较。结果 60.85%的被调查患者有病耻感;无病耻感的患者生活质量较高(t=4.181,P<0.05),两组自知力与治疗态度评分无显著差异(Z=-0.591,P=0.555),两组的社会功能评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.245)。结论精神病患者的病耻感水平较高,病耻感影响患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of stigma on psychosis patients.Methods Two hundred and twelve psychosis patients were investigated with Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale and some related scales.Results A total of 60.86% patients had high level of stigma.The low stigma of psychosis patients had higher quality of life（t=4.181,P〈0.05）.There was no significant differences in insight（Z=-0.591,P=0.555） and social function（P=0.245） between different levels of stigma.Conclusion The psychosis patients have high level of stigma.Stigma is associated with quality of life of psychosispatients.
