摘要
目的探讨高校教师工作满意度、焦虑和工作倦怠三者之间的关系。方法使用高校教师工作倦怠问卷、工作满意度问卷、SA S测查了1655名高校教师。结果①工作倦怠在年龄(F=4.004,P<0.01)、学历(F=4.841,P<0.01)、职称(F=5.106,P<0.01)和任课科目(F=3.509,P<0.05)上有显著差异,工作满意度在学历(F=13.461,P<0.001)水平上有显著差异;焦虑在性别(t=6.185,P<0.001)和婚姻状况(F=12.168,P<0.001)有显著差异;②工作满意度能够显著预测工作倦怠(β=-0.637,P<0.001)、焦虑(β=-0.273,P<0.001),工作倦怠可以显著预测焦虑(β=0.425,P<0.001);③工作倦怠在工作满意度和焦虑之间起完全中介作用。结论工作满意度和工作倦怠都与焦虑存在相关,工作满意度通过工作倦怠影响焦虑。
Objective To explore the relationship among job satisfaction,anxiety and job burnout.Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 1655 college teachers.Results ①As to job burnout,there were significant differences on the factors of age(F=4.004,P〈0.01),education background(F=4.841,P〈0.01),the title of technical post(F=5.106,P〈0.01) and instructional subject(F=3.509,P〈0.05).As to job satisfaction,there were significant differences on the factors of education background(F=13.461,P〈0.001).As to anxiety,there were significant differences on the factors of gender(t=6.185,P〈0.001) and marital status(F=12.168,P〈0.001).②Job satisfaction could significantly predict job burnout(β=-0.637,P〈0.001)and anxiety(β=-0.273,P〈0.001);job burnout could significantly predict anxiety(β=0.425,P〈0.001).③Job burnout had mediating effect between job satisfaction and anxiety.Conclusion Both job satisfaction and job burnout are associated with anxiety,job satisfaction makes effect upon the anxiety through job burnout.
