摘要
目的探讨高职院校大学生自我接纳与心理健康的关系。方法随机抽取四川省3所高职院校,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自我接纳问卷(SAQ)对3所学校的246名学生进行了调查。结果①高职生在SAQ总分、自我评价因子和自我接纳因子均处于中等偏上水平;男生的自我接纳水平显著高于女生(F=6.135,P<0.05);②自我接纳因子得分和SAQ总分与SCL-90各因子呈显著负相关(P<0.01),自我评价因子得分与强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑4个因子呈显著的负相关(P<0.01);③自我接纳在自我评价与强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑症状间的部分中介作用显著。结论自我接纳对心理健康水平有预测作用;高职生的自我接纳水平会直接影响其心理健康;自我评价在一定程度上通过自我接纳对心理健康起作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high vocational college students' mental health and self-acceptance.Methods A total of 265 high vocational college students of the three high vocational colleges from Sichuan were randomly chosen to complete the Self-acceptance Questionnaire and SCL-90.Results ①The score of SAQ,Self-acceptance factor and Self-evaluation factor of high vocational college students were better than the middle level.And the result was significantly higher in male students(F=6.135,P〈0.05).②The scores of SAQ and Self-acceptance factor had a significantly negative relationship with all SCL-90 factors(P〈0.01).And Self-evaluation factor had a significantly negative relationship with four of SCL-90 factors(compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity, depression,anxiety)(P〈0.01).③Self-Acceptance had a significant mediating effect on Self-evaluation and four SCL-90 factors.Conclusion Self-acceptance has prediction ability for higher vocational college students' mental health;the Self-acceptance will directly have influence on the level of mental health of high vocational college students;the Self-evaluation will have influence on four factors through the process of Self-acceptance to a certain degree.
