新时期军医大学生入校动机分析

Enrollment Motivation Analysis of Military Medical Undergraduates.

目的了解某军医大学1640名在校学员的入学动机。方法采用自制问卷,以类别、年级、性别、专业、年龄为自变量进行数理统计分析。结果军医大学生入校动机主要是自愿报考(58.8%),不同类别、年级、性别、专业、年龄之间有差异(χ2=139.960,50.748,14.787,58.640,84.114;P均<0.01)。结论军医大学生入学动机以内部动机为主,近年来呈上升趋势。

Objective Using self-made questionnaire,the enrollment motivation of 1640 military medical undergraduates was surveyed.Methods The motivations were analyzed in the military medical undergraduates with different genders,sorts,grades,specialties and ages.Results Military medical undergraduates＇ enrollment motivations were mainly their own wills（58.8%）.Different genders,sorts,grades,specialties and ages had different circumstances（χ2=139.960,50.748,14.787,58.640,84.114;P〈0.001）.Conclusion Enrollment Motivation of military medical undergraduates are mainly inner,and the percentage is increasing.Universities should strengthen enrollment propagandizing and build campus culture to enhance their attractions.
