利多卡因、芬太尼、丙泊酚在人流手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对比利多卡因、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合应用与利多卡因联合丙泊酚或芬太尼与丙泊酚联合应用在门诊无痛人工流产手术中的临床麻醉效果。方法:将拟行无痛人流手术患者90例平均分成三组,分别为I组(丙泊酚、利多卡因组)II组(丙泊酚、芬太尼组)III组(利多卡因、芬太尼、丙泊酚组)。采用口语等级量表评分法(VRS)评价诱导即刻注射痛,VRS≥1为发生注射痛,术中以患者是否发生体动反应为评价标准,术后10分钟采用VRS评分方法评价患者疼痛,静卧时VRS评分≥30分为发生术后疼痛。总结利多卡因、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合应用在无痛人工流产术中的麻醉效果。结果:I组、III组诱导即刻疼痛反应轻,II组、III组术中术后疼痛反应轻。结论:利多卡因、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合应用在无痛人工流产术中效果确切可靠,更具优越性。
