摘要
设计了一种以ARM和CPLD为控制核心,加工模式可调,具有防电解和消电离功能的智能微细电火花脉冲电源。论述了防电解功能的机理和实现方法,分析并阐述了智能控制系统和放电状态检测模块的设计。
An intelligent pulse supply with anti-electrolysis and deionization has been designed.This power utilized ARM and CPLD as it's controller and it could supply multiple discharging modes.The article focused on mechanics and the realized method of anti-electrolysis,studied and analyzed the design of intelligent control system and discrimination module of discharging gap.
