摘要
基于模糊数学方法,融入修理经验,通过分析总结数控机床伺服单元检测器件的故障征兆及原因,建立数控机床伺服单元检测器件故障模糊综合诊断数学模型,为故障诊断增加量化的参考依据和解决自动化故障诊断系统算法。
This article establishes a comprehensive diagnosis mathematical model for fault diagnosis system of detection devices of CNC machine tool servo unit through analyzing and summarizing the performances and causes of detection devices of CNC machine tool servo unit based on fuzzy mathematics and years of repair experience.This method can increase the quantitative reference for fault diagnosis and establish automatic fault diagnosis algorithm.
